SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard UK shipping will be by Royal Mail Second Class Post

  • Postage is FREE for two or more bags.  Multiple orders will be sent in a single bag

  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. We aim to ship orders placed before 5pm GMT Monday to Saturday on the same day however cannot guarantee this.

  • All orders are shipped to UK mainland only.  If you require overseas postage, please contact sales@bikesharebags.co.uk for a quotation.  

  • We’re unable to deliver on public holidays so please allow an extra working day.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you very much for your order. We would like you to know that in line with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). 

PayPal customers can use their free returns service 'Return Shipping on Us'
If you have already received your goods, please send them back in their original condition and you will have your payment returned to you as quickly as possible, hopefully within just a few .
